Exercises aimed at the shoulders and make muscles strong steel in a short period of time .

Certainly there are difficult exercise that target the muscles of the shoulders , such as raising the bar above the head while maintaining an erection at the body and extending your arms up to the maximum degree above the head , it requires strength in the triceps muscles and back. For this there replaces these exercises with less severe ones but also useful.

2) second exercise is to raise the dumbbell over the head instead of the bar, and can be practiced while sitting or standing, the trainee when carrying two dumbbells in the same position him to the bar , and then raise the dumbbells to a level higher than his head and return him to his first without moving his head or torso . Use the same number of meetings in the previous exercise .
